I enjoyed everything about Pullman Downtow. They are faultless. The services, the staff, the hotel, the views and breakfast options. It is the best hotel I have stayed at and I travel globally. Its location is perfect as it is near everything really, especially Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, where there is always something to do. Its good for a walk by the canal and the surrounding areas are beautiful. There is also many opportunities to see the Dubai high life of the people and all the supercars driving in and out of the hotel, as well as around. Incredible experience. I would highly reccomment the Pullman Downtown hotel as it was simply exceptional!

First of all, I’d like to thank everyone in the hotel for making my stay very comfortable and pleasant, the staff on reception were so friendly and welcoming, always willing to assist me with great smile The restaurant was clean, the breakfast was delicious and diverse with many cuisines, chairs and tables were comfortable and the staff were so helpful and always looking forward to help me The swimming pool was clean, big and deep enough to enjoy swimming, as visiting in summer, the pool was located in a place where the sun won’t directly hit you after 2:00 pm, avoiding sunburns and enjoying the pool to the max The hotel is easily accessible by public transportation, buses are available in the area taking you directly to the metro station, close enough to Burj Khalifa, in good weather conditions you can walk for only 20-30 mins to reach Dubai’s most attractive area, or you can just take an Uber for almost 25 AED.

Very nice staff, helpful, clean and comfy rooms. close to the center. 2 markets nearby so you can buy some some food if you wish. nice and clean gym. Everyday cleaning, they also have an iron in the room! :)
